About Us

Deposits are non-refundable as this will be required to cover the cost of flights, accommodations, etc that will have been pre-booked. However, would hate for anyone to miss out on their fantastic trip, and in some circumstances, we MAY be able to reschedule to a future tour date.

If the cancellation of your booking is after the final payment has been made it would be as follows:

More than 21 days before your departure date is a 75% refund

21-14 days before your departure date is a 50% refund

14-7 days before your departure date is a 25% refund

7 days or less before your departure date is no refund​

The best way would be if you could find a replacement and tell us ASAP so we are able to help by advertising your spot for you.

If the participant fails to turn up on the day of the tour there will be no refund, unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated pick up point, which is stated when booking your tour. If you ae unsure of the location please call us prior to the day for confirmation and directions.

Participants must hold a valid motorcycle license, motorcycle learners permit is acceptable.

Participants should wear appropriate motorcycle safety clothing, for their own protection.

Participants are responsible for any loss or damage they incur to FNQ Motorcycle Tour’s bikes and equipment.

Participants will be responsible for any damage they incur in any establishments/accommodation
during their tour.

Participants have to abide by Queensland Government road legislation at all times.
Any speeding tickets and fines will be passed on to individual responsible.

FNQ Motorcycle Tours do recommend that participants take out travel insurance to cover them for
any incidences that may arise effecting their health or tour.

At FNQ Motorcycle Tours we recognise the importance of protecting your (PII) personally identifiable information (i.e. name, D.O.B, telephone number, e-mail address and other contact information) that you provide to us. The use and disclosure of your PII both through our online and offline operations, will not be shared to any third parties unless agreed with the participant.

FNQ Motorcycle Tours maintain a high level internet security to actively stop any viruses/corrupt files entering our computer software.

There may be times we are legally or medically required to share the participants PII, only necessary information will be given at that time.

FNQ Motorcycle Tours, will only use your contact details to deliver information regarding booked tours, services and future promotions relevant to the participant.

EQUIPMENT

FNQ Motorcycle tours provides the use of a Royal Enfield Himalayan motorcycle our bikes have several upgrades to make your ride as comfortable and safe as possable.
We also have a small amount of protective riding gear that you can hire if it is available at the time of your tour. ( First in first served bases )
We strongly recommend as much protective gear as possible, helmets, boots, gloves, body armour, etc. If you do not have any items we can can recommend local motorcycle suppliers to set you up at a discounted rate if you have booked one of our tours.
If any damages to our bikes or equipment is incurred by a participant, they will be liable for the costs to repair the items.

ACCOMMODATION

When we are on our longer tours we like to mix things up a bit and stay at various pubs, hotels. sometimes we might camp.
Any damage incurred by a participant, while at any of the establishments or accommodations that we visit, stay at or use, on our tours, the participant will be required to pay associated costs.
