Our recommendation is that all riders wear protective riding gear including motorcycle boots, body armour, approved Australian motorcycle helmets, chest armour, knee and elbow guards, gloves, and goggles/visor.
Sleeping bag, (please see trip inclusions).
Cash for items such as souvenirs and a beer as most of the accommodation stopovers will have a licensed bar.
A backpack to keep any personal items that you wish to remain with you.
We suggest that all riders use as much protective gear as possible, however, we understand that it comes to an individual choice and this will be left to you to decide.

We do have a small amount of riding gear that if available at the time of your tour you can hire our equipment. Please ask as soon as possible to ensure we have what you need available. All our equipment is fully cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Our recommendation would be that you should bring your own gear if possible.
If you don’t have your own gear and we are unable to assist, we can put you in touch with our local supplier that will do a good discount if you are doing one of our tours.

A 20% deposit will be required when booking your selected motorcycle tour.
We will also require a bond, of $1400.00 on top of your tour payment to cover any damage caused to the bike or equipment. This payment is needed prior to commencing the tour.
The bond will then be returned once the tour is completed and your bike and equipment has been inspected for any damages.

Deposits are non-refundable, as this will be required to cover the cost of flights, accommodations, etc that will have been pre-booked. However, would hate for anyone to miss out on their fantastic trip, and in some circumstances, we MAY be able to reschedule to a future tour date.
If the cancellation of your booking is after the final payment has been made it would be as follows:
More than 21 days before your departure date is a 75% refund
21-14 days before your departure date is a 50% refund
14-7 days before your departure date is a 25% refund
7 days or less before your departure date is no refund
The best way would be if you could find a replacement and tell us ASAP so we are able to help by advertising your spot for you.

Every effort will be made by staff to repair the bike. If this is not possible, we will aim to get you on another bike so you can finish the tour.
